Finding & assigning in San Diego, CA

Hi guys,

I'm new to wholesaling, but well on my way. I find properties below FMV, get them under contract, then assign the contracts to investors for a fee. My goal is to become an actual investor myself. Nothing would make me happier than to have my money make more money for me. I'd like to network with other property locators (bird dogs) in San Diego, especially east county.
