New Wholesaler (Gasp!!!) in Minneapolis

Hi All,

My Name is Marcus and I am a new wholesaler (I can sense the cringing, lol). In my first month since becoming interested, I have setup my phone, website, DBA(waiting till first deal to get LLC), pulled leads for absentee owners/recent cash buyers and began my buyer/seller mailing campaigns as well as set out bandit signs.!!!

I've pretty much taken the leap and am committed to either build my plane on the way down or hit the ground running. 

I would love to build my network ad experience some comradery from others in my area.
