Hello my name is Tammy and I just joined BiggerPockets,

I did this with my husband previously, now I am starting a real estate business with a partner, and we would like to do wholesale and flips for now. I have done 3 flips, I have held 14 doors in buy and hold properties, I hold the paper on one  residential property and on a commercial property. I am property poor.
