Hello Newbie from Southington, CT
My name is Ginger Glovna.
I am currently a CPA working as the controller for a small commercial real estate investment firm in West Hartford Connecticut which invests in office and industrial properties. In a previous role, I worked for a large REIT as a fund accountant for 9 years.
I love working in real estate as an accountant but now what to try investing for myself!
My interests are in the local market, 2-4 unit multifamily properties with long term hold strategies but want to learn as much as I can, about wholesaling, flipping and other types of real estate investing as well.
In January, I joined CT REIA and I'm currently taking a real estate 101 class with them.
I am considering taking the CT REIA coaching program.
I would love to hear opinions on the CT REIA coaching program and if people think it's worth the money and time.
