Real Estate Lurker from Fayetteville, AR
Hey folks... My wife and I are looking to invest around our area and have been lurking while building for making a move into investing. We've got 2 kids and own a small farm in Goshen, AR outside of Fayetteville. We raise goats and chickens, and when time allows we raise and sell a few butcher hogs. I've toyed with the idea of getting my license for years now (even while we lived in Houston) and have set the goal of getting it this year and purchasing our first rental. We are excited and hoping to network with other folks in our area to get started!
