New into Real Estate - Twin Cities
Hi everybody! My name is Benjamin Burns and I just got my real estate license recently!
I'm from the Twin Cities in the great state of Minnesota and currently with Keller Williams. I'm extremely interested in pursuing real estate investing and have been listening to podcasts, reading forums, the Ultimate Beginner's Guide, and other REI books!
I'm hoping to find an investor that I can do the grunt work (i.e. looking for properties, calling, driving, etc.) so that I can learn how the game works from a seasoned vet or someone who's had success in this game!
I look forward to following the forums, blogs, and everything that this site has to offer!

Welcome indeed. I also have my RE license and am currently looking for some buy-and-holds (maybe some flips too) in the Minneapolis area. I'm happy to meet up for a coffee/beer to talk shop but, like Ryan, I'm not a seasoned pro quite yet :O)
