Hi my name is Joe and I'm new to real estate investing. I work in the financial services industry and for the last year or so have become increasingly interested in owning real estate in particular rental properties. I am looking way to invest some excess cash and to hopefully turn into some steady supplemental income. One day possibly turn this into my second career. Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated.
