Hi Everyone, Very excited to have been referred to this site. I am from Chicago, IL. I have been interested in real estate investment for a few years now but haven't made any moves yet. I do not have a background in the field...Yet :) I am interested in acquiring rental properties and flipping single family homes. Multifamily has peeked my interest but that can be down the line. I have put myself in a place to make my first purchase. I came here to learn as much as I absolutely can and cannot wait to share my experiences as I move through this new journey.
