Hey everyone! My name is Tod Holland and I'm the Chief Economist at HOM Sotheby's International Realty. As a broker, I have agents in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Diego, and San Bernardino counties. 

I'm mainly interested in meeting investors who want an economical, data-driven approach to buying, selling, flipping, and holding property.
