Hello BP Community,

Thank you for the unlimited supply of information, and invaluable lessons. After a week or so of obsessively learning all I can from you, I figured it's time to actually reach out and interact.

I'm a new member of BP, and eager to increase my knowledge base in order to build the foundations for a successful career in REI. I was born and raised here in San Diego, and am ecstatic to be back after living in the Bay Area for college. I have a relatively minor history in real estate, but I interned with Colliers International, the commercial firm, my senior year of college.

Although I'm not exactly sure what my first move will be, I consider myself a sponge, as I actively try to learn and educate myself about different investing strategies. At this moment, I've taken an interest in BRRRR, house flipping, and holding rental properties (not very focused, I know).

Thank you all for reading this far and I look forward to learning from you!

Sincerely,

Brent

Welcome! I'm fairly new myself but I would definitely recommend joining the North SAN Diego County REIA.
