Looking to connect and invest

Hello All. 

I am a contractor in the Philadelphia area, i live in manayunk but have a far work radius. I am looking for some investment properties in the area or surrounding suburbs. I am looking to connect with any wholesalers or anyone who may be able to guide me towards any potential deals. Generally looking in the lower end range for purchasing (under 200k) but can go higher if enough possible potential. I am basically getting started in trying to turnover some properties for myself (but also still doing renovations for others as needed)
