Hey Everyone! My name is Nick. I've been lurking here for a while and recently registered to the site. I've been around real estate for some time - I've bought and sold a handful of houses - but my real passion is IT and technology.

I know I'm not supposed to pitch my software product here, so I won't, but I own a company that has developed a short sale software solution. It does a lot right now but I hope to make it do even more in the future, so an investor community like BiggerPockets is a great place where I hope to learn more about short sales, keep up on news, and try to find out what the users of the software are really going to want for future iterations.

I do write a blog as well that I try to update at least weekly. I've been copying over the posts from my blog to BiggerPockets. The blog primarily focuses on short sales and the real estate market, as well as how technology can improve process and control.
