I know the importance of education and that's why i'm here to learn as much as i can.

I live in Union City. CA SF Bay area and investing here is nearly impossible for me right now. Investing out of state and even 1-2 hours away from the bay area is an option for me. I've been communicating with a bunch of realtors inquiring about properties i see on the MLS and i feel like i'm all over the place not taking the proper steps to get to my goal.
