Hello Team,

I hope everyone is doing well. I got my profile set up and as most of your will find out I am as green to real estate as the grass in the Mississippi delta.  I didn't know about bigger pockets until I read one of Brandon's books and I've been hooked ever since (covered most of the podcasts and the webinars). Right now I'm leaning towards commercial real estate as my goal mostly because of reading the ABCs of Real Estate (game changer) as recommended by Bigger Pockets.  Information Technology is my strength and I will consider this venture as one project that lasts a lifetime.  I'm curious to see how technology is used in real estate. I'm willing to bet we have a lot of IT people here.
