Not wasting anymore time

Hello BP fam.  Just wanted to stop in and introduce myself real quick.  My name is Jared and I'm a commercial realtor from North Alabama.   I currently don't have any of my own investments but as the title states, we're about to change that and you guys are already a part of that whether you like it or not because I have learned a ton from this community about investing in addition to my career knowledge.  I am also looking forward to giving back where I can and helping anybody along the way.

I'm a U.S. Army veteran and absolutely love being a commercial realtor.  It has it's challenges but I have had it worse.  My goal is to invest in small multifamily properties and single family houses so that my wife and I can achieve financial independence and travel.  I am also interested in flipping single family homes as well to generate cash to fund larger buy and holds. 

Right now my current mission is to acquire my first property by the end of the year close to home.  Thanks!
