The New Guy from Northern Colorado

Hi everyone, I am in northern Colorado (Greeley) going to school on the GI Bill for business management and entrepreneurship. I am a former Marine. I have been reading up on all sorts of real-estate books and CDs for about a year now. I am ready to get going, but I think I am over thinking it. I am not sure where to start. I am glad I found this place because I use forums, blogs, etc as a place to bring out my knowledge and learn more.
