Newbie from Marion, Massachusetts

HI Everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself because like many others I was reading articles on Bigger Pockets months ago and finally took the 2 minutes to create an account... My name is Nick Nobrega and I'm a 29 year old software sales rep.  My main focus right now is establishing a plan to buy, fix and sell residential in my area of southeastern/cape cod Massachusetts.

 I do have my residential real estate license which I got directly after college and of course never used :)-It's's now expired....also I did buy my first house over 3 years ago when I was 25 years old.  2 years later I sold it for an 18k net profit (all I did was paint everything else was in great shape). 

Since then unfortunately I've had a health issue, I got bit by a deer tick and acquired Lymes disease so I had to put my flipping plans on hold for the past year....but now that I'm healthy and ready to go I'm looking forward to learning alot from you wonderful people!
