Newbie from freehold new jersey

Hello! My name is Nancy Lugo from freehold nj,I am exicited and nervous to start this journey! I am 23 yrs old, am currently a self employed house cleaner and have been doing so for about 5 years now, and on the side i also do invitations and graphic design. DESIGN is my passion. I have decided that i wanted to do real estate investing because although i love my current job(house cleaning) it has come to the point where it is physically draining and at my short age i have back problems.which effect me day to day l Need a better lifestyle where am not stressed nor strained.i also wanted to get in to real estate because i wanted to start flipping houses with my boyfriend (he works in construction and in the past has worked in ladscaping)i also only thought that flipping was the only thing to do. I was opened up to other possibilities when i attended the "guru" 3 day workshop..i NOW know that i could have saved my savings and found the same information on this site...BUT coming back from the workshop with questions was what got me to this site...now i am more intrested in doing wholesale and rentals(some flips along the way)..i must admit that writting this took a lot from me because i tend to be very shy(which i know i have to overcome). I hope to meet people that could help me start this journey.  And if i can help in any way i will be delighted..i have heard the audio books and am currently reading the ultimate guide book but i guess i cant seem to know where to start...
