New to this (my life in a nutshell)
I am a new member but have been listening to the podcasts for a few weeks. I've started from podcast one. Here's my story:
1. I own a small business
2. I am in a bankruptcy (chapter 13)
3. I have no savings
4. I want to become an investor and gain financial freedom & BIGGER POCKETS!
5. I recently took the test to become a Signing Agent in Illinois. Not sure what to do with it.
