One thing I was wondering was if there are there any meet ups or maybe even online communities for investors in your area?

Hi Emirys Brito you can also look on Meetup.com and type in real estate and a few should pop up. There's two that's are great in Newark. One ran by Samuel colon and another by glen galluci
