Curtis nice to meet you. Possibly at my commercial building. In corona I'll be doing a rehab at this office building figured might be a good place to do it.

Hey Robin! I'm living in Corona right now (closer to the Norco side of town, though, north of the 91 & east of the 15) and working out of the Whittier/605/60 corridor & North OC areas (but always open to working out here in the IE!) Will keep an ear out for anyone who might be interested in your office building.

hi Kelly nice to meet you. Yea I just got a email from the attorney saying we are ready to sign today agreement for the sale of the building on the 19th so looks like we're doing pretty good . We should meet in corona sometime I would like to find a buyer and get this thing sold maybe make a buck and move on to more investing. Send me a email gopedxr at yahoo.com thank you.
What do you guys Think about a meet up barbecue get together at the property and we can all meet each other I have a few interested members. Will need a hand organizing.
