Excited Newbie from Utah

Hey ya'll!!! I'm super pumped to be a part of the BP community!  I have been a restaurant manager for the past 15 years -- a job that I have loved but that I think I'm ready to part from!  I'm looking towards the future and have found there are some amazing opportunities within the RE realm!  I'm ready to meet people, help someone with a project (I'm not handy, but I can sure learn!), or grab a cup of coffee (or hot cocoa!)!  My first short term RE goal is to buy my 1st property within 100 days (and that was 5 days ago!).  I've got the itch and I can't itch it fast enough!!!

Good to see some Utah investors! I moved to Nashville 7 years ago, but I'm moving back home in June! I own some properties out there, as well as here in TN, but right now, I'm looking at some Turnkey Rental companies in Memphis. Could be an option for you to look into as you start out (Utah can be tough to cashflow).

Anyway, in my research, I actually came across a Utah boy that moved to Memphis. He works with Memphis Investment Properties. If you like the idea of Turnkey, his name is Sean Tagge
