I just want to introduce myself. I currently own my residence and I also own a buy-and-hold rental. I'm hoping to sell the rental and build a spec home. I'm looking at building in older areas that are in need of being revitalized. I have applied for my real estate license, hopefully it's here soon. TREC is backed up. Other real estate ventures that I would like to pursue are fix-and-flips.
