Hello BP community! Im Charlie H. in Oshkosh, WI. I have been going full tilt for the past few months taking in as much information as i can and will be attending my first REIA meeting next week. Excited to get out and meet people in The Fox River Valley area. I found the BP podcast last week and cannot get enough. Great current job but requires extensive travel and time commitment. Buy and hold / cashflow looks like the route for me out of the gate. My goal is to have passive income short term afford me to change to a local/less demanding job and eventual retirement by 40. Personal finances are in tip top shape (thank you Dave Ramsey) but in need of networking to begin putting together my team. Looking forward to meeting the BP community! Charlie H.
