New Member on BP from Houston Texas !
Hello everyone !
First of all, Thanks in advance for reading, replying and interacting with my post. I have been ''lurking'' around BP for a while now and finally decided to jump in (Sign up) and join everyone. There is a abundance of information here. An education you cannot find elsewhere. (Unless you pay thousands and thousands) Trust me, I know .... Anyhow, I am honored to be apart of the BP community. Although, I am new here. Real estate is no stranger to me. I come from a family in the industry with my father had a R.E brokerage for many years prior to selling.
It is my strong and firm belief is my NETWORK is my NET-WORTH. I am always open to working with seasoned and new investors. That is what I am here to do.

Hi I haven't been here much. this is going to change. this will be my go site for social media starting today. I have been learning about real estate investing since Dec 2015. I did one wholesale deal in August 2016 and just closed my wholesale deal the second Friday in April. I hope to learn a lot from people here on Bigger Pockets.
