Hi all,

I'm new to Bigger Pockets and thought I'd make a quick introduction.  I work and live in Boston, MA.  I have a background in commercial real estate and am looking to get involved in residential investing.  I'm primarily interested in investing in multi-family for cash flow and refi opportunity at the moment, but I'm open to learning about different investment strategies.  If you live in the area, please don't hesitate to reach out.
