Hi, my name is Toby, I'm from the New Orleans area. I've been a real estate investor for 3 years, at first it was going to be buy and flip but I re-evaluated my markets and changed to rent and hold. I also maintain a full time day job. I currently have 10 properties. My area of specialty has been in condos, and my wife and I do all our own property management.
