New Lender to Bigger Pockets
Hello all! My name is Kevin from CT and I am getting settled here at Bigger Pockets. In short, I've always been involved in investment real estate at some degree. Aside from holding paper and multifamily property, my niche is low document commercial, and Fix and Flip lending for new and seasoned investors. I am nationwide with the exception of a few states. I hope to be able to bring some experience to the community and forge some long-time profitable relationships.
