Hi not new to bigger pockets (been here a couple months) but this is my first post. I've been doing a ton of research and have decided to jump. Looking for multi family buy and holds to house hack. I'm a newer (first year) REALTOR so starting a business on that end will involve me getting some creative financing setups.
