Hi All,

I am really excited to network with investors all over the US. I have been involved in CRE Investing since 1995 and recently completed implementing a new system that allows investors to Flip properties in 30-45 days for a huge profit with no seasoning worries. I am really looking forward to what 2010 brings us all and hope to network with a bunch of you! :roll:
