I'm 22 and studying aerospace engineering. My goal is, not to become an engineer, but instead to become a real estate investor. I have no experience with real estate, however, I am familiar with the accociated difficulties as my father tried his hand at real estate investing, primarily with rental properties, all of which were unsuccessful. I have been reading books, namely "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and have been consistently listening to the BP podcasts. In addition I am experienced in many aspects of home remodeling (tile, drywall, plumbing, electrical etc.) and am eager to apply those skills to eventually flipping homes. My immediate goals are to get my real estate license, and flip my first house within the next 3 months. I am currently seeking any advice but specifically on finding and flipping my first house.
