Hello!  I'm just getting started with real estate investing and am equally excited and scared!  I currently work full-time at a Fortune 50 company but am ready for a change.  My goal is to eventually replace my current salary by working in real estate.

I own a 100 year-old home in Washington, IL and I absolutely love renovating and restoring my house.  The work I've done on this house over the past decade has helped me realize my true passion for taking homes that have been neglected and bringing them "back to life" for a new family to enjoy.

I have three beautiful children that are my pride and joy.  Being a full-time, working mom adds some additional challenges (especially from a time perspective) to getting this business going, but I'm totally up for it and looking forward to where this takes our family in the future.

My focus is on residential flipping and buy and hold properties.  I've got my business set-up and ready to go, now looking to find private investors and start working some deals.  I'm also looking for recommendations for real estate accountants local to my area.
