Clueless but really want to learn - any great books?

Hi, all!

A friend told me to check out biggerpockets.com when they learned about my interest to potentially invest money into real-estate.

I'm entirely clueless and learn well by reading in a linear fashion, like a book or something similar. I'm interested in topics such as flipping and rental properties. Is there a goto book that folks here would recommend? Or most of them a waste of time?

I'm working on consuming content that's available here but would love something to have offline to study as well to see if this is potentially a good fit for me.

@Steve Finkelstein I own most of the books BP has published and I would have to say all are good and packed with a lot of information.  Additionally, below you will find a link of the "21 best real estate books."  If you want more, on every BP Podcast the last section they ask their guest what their favorite real estate and business book is.  Hopefully you find this helpful!
