New Investor in Wichita, KS
New real estate investor in the Wichita, KS area. Joined my local REIA a couple months ago and started diving into learning and listening to several different podcasts including Bigger Pockets. I'm a CPA and work at a local firm. Looking to buy my first property in the next 6 months to a year and will probably start with a duplex that I plan to live in one side of.
