Time to Introduce Myself
Hello everyone, my name is Wyant Verbois and I have been a member of BIggerPockets for a little while now and am just getting around to my introduction here. I am 21 years old and am a student with 2 jobs. I have dreams of becoming a successful real estate investor and eventually want to teach a class at high schools that teach students how to invest so that they can live a life they can enjoy. I live in Pensacola Florida and am interested in buy and hold multi family properties with no to medium rehabbing needed. I count a medium level of rehab as anything that does not include over 15k, have any foundation issues, or gutting a property. I do not have any property personally, but I am a realtor and have assisted my parents with purchasing a property that they will use as an investment property in the future. They are looking for multi family properties and commercial properties such as apartment building or trailer parks.
