Bill & Nancy Kerlinger Introduction
We are Bill & Nancy Kerlinger from York, PA., and we just joined the Bigger Pockets Pro! We are "newbies" to real estate investing and have only been doing it since January. This has always been a dream of ours, and now we are doing it together. We love the learning process, the deal process & the excitement of all of it. Yes - it's alot of due diligence work & it's hard to do when we both work FT jobs. But when you really enjoy what you're doing, it doesn't feel like work. We're happy to be here and work alongside all the other Bigger Pocket members.
