Hello, I have been operating apartment,office and retail properties for over 25 years. I have been certified to manage HUD section 8,202,236 and tax credit properties in over 15 states. I fell into the business by mistake in the mid 1980,s. My interest is in joint ventures, consulting and property rehab and construction. I also have a background in remodeling and college education in that as well as real estate. My focus is in the midwest but have worked in over 18 states managing property.
