My name is Danny Ondik and I currently live in Chicago, IL. I have no real estate investing experience besides what I have read and researched through books/online. My short term goal is to buy my first rental property in 2017 with the buy and hold approach. I hear about BP just from reading articles online and searching for real estate topics. I really appreciate any help, guidance, or knowledge from the people who have been through the ups and downs of real estate investing!
