Hello first post to everyone
Hello everyone, my name is Fernando and I am about to start my career in real estate. I have goals that need to be reached no matter the obstacle in my way. I will be investing in some property in the future. Do you all believe it is beneficial that I get my real estate license and or brokerage license if I am going to do this for the rest of my life? What books should I start reading that have helped you'll out?
