Hey everyone, my name is Travis and I'm completely new to real estate investments. I currently have a 40 hour a week labor job so each day after work I'm going to be researching and completing a course I bought. I'm interested in wholesaling because I don't have any money to invest and with the money I'm making now it would take a long time to get even close to something I'd be able to use (11.50/hr) I've been trying to get into the business field for awhile now but my past legal mistakes make it extremely hard, so to get rid of that I have to be my own boss lol. I'm here to read through the forums, connect with people on here and in the Lancaster, PA area. Any advice would be appreciated, especially from those who started with nothing like I'm trying to.
