Newbie in the Atlanta area

Hi everyone,

My name’s Breanna and I’m a newbie in the Atlanta area looking to connect with others in the community both on and offline. My plan is to start wholesaling in Gwinnett and use those proceeds to buy my first rental property.

I’ve been doing a lot of reading, attending RE meetup groups, and listening to the Biggerpockets podcast to educate myself. I’m open to any advice you may have as well. I look forward to meeting all of you!
