Hi Bp it chris from Ohio, I have red every discussion on this subject no I'm confused how to get started. Some say you need a LLC,investor friendly real estate agent and title company, and a strong buyers list. 2. The other way is a buyers list , business cards, phone number, bandit signs, efax number. Could some tell me which is the right way please? I ready to dominate the industry but can't do with out the right set up.
