New Member from Buffalo, NY Area
Hello BP,
I'm a new member from the Buffalo, NY area. I purchased my first home (duplex) about 7 years ago on FHA and reside in one unit. I'm currently in the market for a 2-4 unit in the area prior to refinancing out of FHA to purchase an SFR for my family.
I came across BP after picking up a couple of Brandon's books on Audible. I'm mostly lurking and absorbing at this point, but am interested in discussing the local market and/or locating an REI group in the area.
My W2 is in data management so I enjoy evaluating properties and am prone to over analysis.
