Hi there everyone! I've listened to the BP Podcast a bunch in the past few weeks as I am trying to learn more about REI. Finally decided to break the ice and actually make an account lol. I've lived in Oklahoma for 13-14 years, but grew up all over the country. Recently, I got engaged, and that's probably what has really motivated me to get more serious with REI (weddings are EXPENSIVE!) LOL!

I am very interested in getting started with wholesaling, but it seems that it is a really cliche way that everyone says they're going to come in lol. However, I have an open mind, and would love to connect with a others who might be able to help me get into REI via other avenues that are also low cost of entry.

lots of wholesalers in okc, very few good ones though.  you can make some money at it if you do it right but most folks get greedy and miss the boat or manage to make a living at it being greedy but i would imagine have a hard time sleeping at night.
