New kid on the block
Hi all,
My name is Calvin Hoang, I'm always wanted to invest in real estate but didn't have any money or know how to starts. Finally I found Bigger (brothers and sister) Pockets online and here i am now purchasing my first property. Can anyone tells me if the duplex I'm buying is a good deal or not? I would love to hear from all of you guys:
Property in Oregon
Totals 2550 sqft
3bd and 2-1/2 baths each.
1st unit renting for $1450
2nd unit I'll (house hack) live in one room and renting out two other rooms for totals of $1200
I got an FHA 30yr loan with 3.5% down payments
Purchase price of $368,500 closing cost included
My monthly PITI and mortgage insurance is $2,550.
Also if any investors in Portland Oregon needing assisting with any projects that you may have. I'm more then happy to help you and if you think I'm a good helper I don't mind if you guys can shows me a trick or two regarding real estate investing.
