Hi my name is Marlon Pettis. I'm a real estate investor who currently reside in Bloomington, IL. I am from Chicago IL so i am going to be investing in the Bloomington and Chicago market. I became interested in real estate about three years ago and have been learning every since. I worked full time at US Cellular doing sales for the past 2 and a half years as well so i finally saved enough to do real estate full time and start my business. I'm taking the national exam to get my brokers license tomorrow so wish me luck. I am looking to work with investors in both the Bloomington and Chicago market. I come across great deals and need to close on them quickly. I am also looking to build great relationships with realtors, contractors, title agents and attorneys as well so feel free to reach out to me and hopefully we can put a deal together. I am dedicated fully to this business. Real Estate is my life now so i want everyone to know that i'm serious and if you work with me i will give you my all.
Goals - I am looking to flip 25 homes over the next 5 years and buy 25 rental properties by 2022.
My mentors are Jay Morrison, Rico Smith and Beyond Wynn. I also learn a lot from Bigger pockets and content on youtube.
