Hello All I am Daniel Fernandez, 22 from San Diego and I absolutely love BiggerPockets! I have been lurking in the shadows and reading every post i can the last week, I must have read hundreds already...

Even though I am qualified to take the RE Exam I am taking a dive into wholesaling. (do not want to worry about conflicts of Interest) After accumulating a modest but active buyers list I am ready to deploy my marketing campaign in SD in search for motivated sellers with equity. Does this sound like a feasible plan?

I look forward to learning more on BP as well as meeting you all
