Hi everyone, I'm gearing up to enter the real estate world and hopefully buy my first multi-family home in the next year. I've spoken to a lot of people, listened to / read numerous podcasts and books but one thing I'm curious about are what the experts or most successful folks would do differently. So, if you could go back in time, knowing what you know now, what are the top 3 things you'd do differently when starting out in real estate? Thanks in advanced for all your answers and participation!
