My name is dave. I live in metro Detroit. I am new to real estate investing. My plan is to get into commercial real estate starting with office buildings. I have been searching for deal over the past couple months.
I am also looking to find a new broker as I don't feel my broker has been bringing me many good deals. I have been finding all f the listings.
