Newbie relocating to Boise, Idaho
I'm a newbie with one single family purchased on a VA loan in Kentucky. Currently live in El Paso and planning to relocated to Boise, ID by the end of the year. My goal is to house hack a couple of small multi-family homes in the next few years with the intent to buy and hold. Looking to eventually replace my current W-2 income and get out from behind a desk. I'm considering getting the next house with an FHA, living in it for at least a year and then using my remaining entitlement for a second VA loan for another multi-family.

Hello Joseph, I am in a similar situation. I am an active duty military member stationed in Southern California. My wife and I are preparing to purchase our first 4plex in the Boise Idaho area utilizing the VA loan. I'm a total newb and pretty excited and nervous!
